The Edinburgh University Renaissance Singers were founded in 1967, originally as a madrigal group. Today we're a small, welcoming group of up to 30 singers with a love for early music. From masses and motets to madrigals, we perform favourites by well-known composers, as well as bringing forgotten masterpieces to life and singing contemporary compositions inspired by them. We sing in some wonderful venues and our choir tour to the UK, Europe and beyond is an annual highlight.
